What kind of file can I upload?

Use a PNG with a transparent background. Aim for 300 DPI at the size you want printed. A white or colored background in the file will print too. File requirements

Can I upload a gang sheet I’ve already made?

Yes. Upload it in the same place as your individual designs. You can mix both and add artwork from the library in one order. Check the displayed dimensions and sheet preview before checkout; one side must fit within 23 inches.

When will my order ship?

Order before 1 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, for printing and dispatch that day. Carrier travel time is separate from production time. Check your shipping option at checkout. Shipping & turnaround

How is the price worked out?

The sheet is priced by length at $3.40 per linear foot, with a maximum print width of 23 inches. The order page shows the estimated print total; shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout. Pricing

What if I’m not sure about my file?

Email us before ordering and tell us the print size you need. We can help you understand the requirements. Your artwork still needs to be ready to print. info@BuyDTFOnline.com
